Meet the Owner
Marquita Randolph, MS, LABA, BCBA
Marquita Randolph, MS, LABA, BCBA, discovered her passion for working with children with special needs in 2013 while serving at a summer camp designed for children with unique challenges. She earned her bachelor’s degree in 2012 and completed her Master of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Kaplan University in 2015. Before earning her Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in 2021, Marquita spent eight years as a Registered Behavior Technician and a Qualified Autism Specialist-Supervisor.
Marquita believes her ability to integrate faith and science gives her a unique perspective, and she strives to bring hope and positivity to individuals around the world.
Her lifelong passion for supporting children inspired Marquita to dedicate her career to making a meaningful impact on the lives of those with special needs. After completing her education in psychology, she began working with children diagnosed with autism. Now, as the owner of L.U.K.E.S. ABA Therapy, Marquita has had the honor of witnessing the incredible progress and growth these children can achieve when given the right care and support.
